Community leaders are deciding exactly where to place the D.B. Harrington, an 1800's steam engine that once traveled through the city. It is currently tucked away on the grounds of St. Clair County Community College.
It's an honor given to only 1,200 students each year, and this year Marysville's R.J. Russel is among them. Russel is headed to West Point Academy this summer, to continue his education.
