Letter from the Editor: Liz bids farewell, introduces Genevieve Fox as The Keel’s new editor
Liz Fredendall says goodbye and welcomes Genevieve Fox who is stepping into the position of Managing Editor for The Keel.
It has been my privilege to be part of The Keel for over three years, with nearly two of those spent as Managing Editor. My journey with The Keel has been incredibly fulfilling, helping me reconnect with my home community through new acquaintances and uplifting news stories, and I’m deeply thankful for the opportunity to have been involved.
As I move on from this particular chapter of my journey, I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks for your readership and support. While it is bittersweet to be stepping away, I have full confidence that you are in good hands with The Keel’s new Managing Editor, Genevieve Fox. Genevieve is a long-time writer with Issue Media Group who has contributed many wonderful stories through The Keel highlighting regional developments and education. Under her leadership, I know that The Keel will continue to flourish and has a bright future ahead!
